Job Summary

Sitelucent is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving sales of our advanced digital shelf analytics platform. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that Sitelucent’s solutions are well-positioned in the market, and you will play a key role in expanding our client base globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, leveraging market research and your network to drive lead generation.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and aligning them with Sitelucent’s solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and contract negotiations.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between client needs and Sitelucent’s offerings.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, regularly reporting on progress and pipeline status.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or digital services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or analytics platforms.
  • A strong network within the eCommerce or digital marketing industry, preferably in segments like consumer electronics, FMCG/consumer goods, home & living, DIY, etc..
  • Passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about new innovations.
