Sitelucent helps its customers optimize their brand's online performance. We help our customers save time and boost sales with digital shelf monitoring & eCommerce analytics. 

We are looking for a (Senior) Key Account Manager who can provide ongoing support and network with our clients. As our Key Account Manager, you must be able to help build strong relationships, implement new programs that increase our revenue potential, and minimize churn rates. 

The responsibilities of a (Senior) Key Account Manager include supporting Sitelucent’s key customers as they transition from 'new customer' to customer and building close relationships. Those relationships are often established for long periods of time.  

You will work directly with our key customers to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they have an account with us. Besides that, you will closely work with other colleagues to ensure customer questions and challenges are addressed in a timely and satisfying manner.

  • Process milestones for customers to work toward 
  • Helping customers set up and navigate through the tool of Sitelucent 
  • Promote the value of the Sitelucent tool 

Requirements and skills

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have first notions of software as a service (SaaS) as a business model, and have previous experience in a similar business development role. You understand how SaaS sales work - you know how to find the right angle by listening to the prospect, using the right approach for the industry, triggering their attention and you like working together with a team to close the deal. In order to contribute to this role, you have: 

  • Proven work experience as a (Senior) Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager or similar role 
  • Experience promoting value through customer experience 
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships 
  • Technical skills required or willingness to learn as they relate to the use of the tool or service  
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential 
  • Experience in managing and training a diverse group of senior experienced people  
  • Work experience in Customer Success, Communication, Sales, Marketing or eCommerce is preferred, but not a must
