SiteLucent collects various data points on millions of product pages on worldwide eCommerce websites daily. As a Data Operations Specialist, you are our new hero and the hero of SiteLucents' software users. You ensure that the data we collect remains reliable and complete at all times.
What will you do as a Data Operations Specialist?
In the role of Data Operations specialist, you are on top of data flows - you monitor, analyze and resolve issues. As part of our Customer Success team, you continuously maintain and further improve the customer experience and trust.
Because we are a small team, your tasks are various and diverse. What you will be involved in:
- You implement and configure the data collection and processing for new retailers/channels;
- You monitor data flows of existing en new retailers and identify, analyze and resolve issues;
- You work closely with our Customer Success Managers;
- You are continuously working on further improving our data collection monitoring, data quality, and integrity;
- You know our data and data (infra)structure inside and out; you advise our product- and software developers in these areas and ensure consistency and integrity.
Who are you?
You are a doer and like to think about how to do things better, faster, and easier. You have an affinity with software and are analytically strong. Still, the most important thing is that you are enthusiastic and happy about working and 'controlling' large amounts of data and guaranteeing its quality.
You are made for the job if you as well:
- Have a bachelor or master's degree;
- Have experience working with databases and SQL;
- Have experience with monitoring and analyzing data (flows);
- Know HTML, CSS, JS, and preferably PHP;
- Are proactive and like to think along in improving the customer experience and reliability of our data.
- Have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both orally and in writing.
