In Sitelucent you are able to to download widget data as an Excel or CSV file. When you’ve selected a date range for a widget, you export all product data from the complete, selected date range to a Excel or CSV file. This gives you as a user the insights you need.
But what if you want to export data from a table widget? In a table widget, you can combine many metrics that are shown per product. It is even possible to add the URL for your products. In a table widget, you also have the option to export your data directly to an Excel or CSV file. However, you can only export 1 day at a time. Meaning, if you’re using a data range of for example 7 days, you”ll have to make 7 different exports. This way of working is not time-efficient, which is why we created the dataset feature.
You can export a data set for every table widget:
TIP: before you export your table widget, make sure you select the desired filters on your dashboard. These filters are automatically used in the dataset.
In the dataset-overview you can always see the status of your dataset.
Here you’ll see the following statuses:
TIP: if you need to divide your dataset into smaller sets, you can use the ‘Create as’ feature. Here you can adjust your filters and date range instantly.
Once your dataset is ready, you’ll receive an email. In the dataset overview, every user can download the dataset.
In the dataset overview, you can delete your dataset by clicking the ‘bin-icon’. The dataset will automatically be deleted after 14 days.
