How to use the product management filters

This article explains how you can use the filters in the product management interface

How to use the product filters

Navigate to the product management interface;

On the left site of your screen, you’ll see a similar filter menu as to the filters in your dashboard;

Here you can select the filters you need and apply them to the product management;

Once you’ve selected the necessary filters, you can save the filter as a new filter, you can update an existing filter, or you can save it as your personal default.

If you save it as your personal default, you’ll always see the products according to the selected filters in the product management overview.

At the top of your screen, you’ll see the selected products with the filter compared to all available products.

For example: you might be responsible for certain retailers, specific countries or a specific segment of products. Selecting the filters that apply to you ensures a clear overview in the product management interface, making it easier to make changes if necessary.

Edit the displayed columns

At the top right of your ‘Products’ screen you can edit the displayed columns. By default, all columns are visible, but this can make the view too crowded and hard to read quickly.

Similar to the above mentioned filters, the columns allows you to customize your view. You can save the displayed columns as a default, so you’ll always see the columns that are necessary for you.

Filter what you’d like to export

In the top right corner of your product management overview, you can download your products as an Excel-file:

In the screen that pops up, you have the possibility to download the selection you created with your preferred filters, or to download all available products in the product management overview.
