Terms of Service – Parker

These Terms of Service govern your use of Parker, Sitelucent’s AI agent. Parker is offered as part of the Sitelucent platform, and your use of it is subject to these terms alongside the general Sitelucent Terms and Conditions, which incorporate the Nederland ICT Terms and Conditions 2014 by reference. In the event of any conflict, these Parker-specific Terms of Service take precedence for matters relating to the AI agent. By accessing or using Parker, you agree to all applicable terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Parker is an AI-powered assistant designed to provide automated responses for informational and support purposes. While we aim for helpful and relevant outputs, Parker may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.
Parker does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

2. No Reliance

You acknowledge that any output generated by Parker is provided “as is” and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision-making. You are responsible for independently verifying all information before using it in business, financial, legal, or other decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• Not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Not to submit confidential, sensitive, or personal data unless explicitly permitted
• To remain responsible for how you use and act on AI-generated outputs

You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws when using the Service.

4. Availability and Changes

We may modify, limit, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) at any time, temporarily or permanently, without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific performance outcomes.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is processed, stored, and retained. By using Parker, you acknowledge and agree to these data practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use of or reliance on AI-generated outputs
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in responses
• Decisions or actions taken based on the Service

7. Agentic actions

Parker may take actions within your account based on your instructions, such as sharing or unsharing dashboards. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any actions before they are carried out. Sitelucent is not liable for unintended outcomes resulting from unclear, ambiguous, or mistyped instructions (for example, unsharing the wrong dashboard).

8. Feedback and interaction logging

Parker may log user queries and portions of responses to improve service quality and performance. This includes information about what is collected, how long it is retained, and whether it is used for training or improvement purposes.

9. Third-party AI providers

Parker uses third-party AI services, including AWS Bedrock and Anthropic’s Claude model, to generate responses. These providers may process data as part of delivering the Service.

By continuing to use Parker, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
