These Terms of Service govern your use of Parker, Sitelucent’s AI agent. Parker is offered as part of the Sitelucent platform, and your use of it is subject to these terms alongside the general Sitelucent Terms and Conditions, which incorporate the Nederland ICT Terms and Conditions 2014 by reference. Where these terms conflict with the general Terms and Conditions, these Parker-specific terms take precedence for matters relating to the AI agent. By accessing or using Parker, you agree to all applicable terms.

1. Nature of the Service
Parker is an AI-powered assistant that provides automated responses for informational and support purposes. While we aim for helpful and relevant outputs, Parker may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Parker does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

2. No Reliance
All output generated by Parker is provided “as is” and should not be relied on as the sole basis for decision-making. You are responsible for independently verifying information before using it in business, financial, legal, or other decisions.

3. User Responsibilities
You agree:

• Not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Not to submit confidential, sensitive, or personal data unless explicitly permitted
• To remain responsible for how you use and act on AI-generated outputs

You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws when using the Service.

4. Availability and Changes
We may modify, limit, or discontinue the Service, or parts of it, at any time, temporarily or permanently, without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific performance outcomes.

5. Data Security and Handling
Parker is built to keep your data isolated, protected, and under your control:

• Your data stays yours. Each customer’s data is stored and read separately, with no shared pool. Cross-customer access is blocked at the infrastructure level, not by a filter that could be written incorrectly.
• Analysis is read-only. Analytics questions are converted into read-only queries that pass a safety gate before running. Any attempt to write, delete, change settings, or reach outside the approved datasets is rejected before it touches your data.
• Not used to train AI models. Parker runs on AWS Bedrock in the EU (Ireland) region. Prompts and responses are not retained by the model provider or used for training.
• Credentials are never logged. API keys and secrets are stripped from every log line.
• Conversation history is temporary. History is kept so follow-up questions work, and is deleted after 24 hours of inactivity. You can clear it at any time with the reset control.
• Diagnostic logs are traceable. Diagnostic logs are stored in AWS CloudWatch and tagged with a request ID. Quote that ID in a bug report and our support team can trace what happened.

6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is processed, stored, and retained. By using Parker, you acknowledge and agree to these data practices.

7. Agentic Actions
Separately from read-only analysis, Parker may take actions within your account at your instruction, such as sharing or unsharing dashboards. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming these actions before they are carried out. Sitelucent is not liable for unintended outcomes resulting from unclear, ambiguous, or mistyped instructions (for example, unsharing the wrong dashboard).

8. Service Improvement
Sitelucent may review user queries and portions of responses to improve Parker’s quality and performance. This data is handled as described in Section 5 and is never used to train third-party AI models.

9. Third-Party AI Providers
Parker uses third-party AI services, including AWS Bedrock and Anthropic’s Claude model, to generate responses. These providers process data only to deliver the Service, within the EU (Ireland) region, and do not retain it or use it for training.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sitelucent is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use of or reliance on AI-generated outputs
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in responses
• Decisions or actions taken based on the Service

11. Acceptance
By continuing to use Parker, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
